The Society of Civil War Historians will host their annual luncheon at the Southern Meeting on Friday, November 6, at 11:45 a.m. in the Kentucky Ballroom B-C located in the Marriott Louisville Downtown. James Marten, Marquette University, will preside over panelists Vernon Burton, Coastal Carolina University and Mark E. Neely, Jr., The Pennsylvania State University, on "Reflections on the Lincoln Bicentennial."
